For our “do-it-yourself” couples, the Wedding Day Management option allows our clients to take the leading role in their wedding planning, while we assist them with the specific details that will make their day unforgettable. It really is a "month of" service that provides you with peace of mind!
HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
A meeting with the Bride & Groom 8-10 weeks before the wedding day to review the details
Collaborative approach to identifying any gaps in planning, to ensure nothing is missed
Assistance in creating a comprehensive itinerary for your Wedding Day
Reviewing & finalizing details of Vendor Contracts
Coordinating with all Bridal Party members & discuss their responsibilities
Attendance at the Wedding Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception
Providing on-site direction of Ceremony , Photo Shoot, & Reception
Review of Reception Hall seating arrangements
Pinning Boutonnieres & Corsages
Attention to all of the “day-of” details like the Guest Book, Programs, Favours, Cake Knife and/or any other Ceremony or Reception items
Coordination of your wedding day ensuring everything runs smoothly
