February 2014 ~ Heart ♥ Month!

Hello my lovelies! ♥ We have reached February! Although at times lately it seems like the dead of Winter in December! With the abundance of snow we are being blessed with these days... we hope that Mother Nature is going to take a break very very soon:)

Well the month of January went by like a blur. The main event for us here at Style & Elegance was the Winter Wedding Trends Bridal Show at the Bingemans Conference Centre. We had the opportunity to meet sooooo many brides + grooms and talk about their big day..... our favourite part!

We've already met some of these wonderful couples to talk about what we do and how we can offer peace of mind for the wedding.

With that being said... our first couple is getting March 8th this year at the Cutten Fields in Guelph!

Congratulations to Sarah + Mike on your upcoming wedding and for allowing Style & Elegance to share in your celebrations :)

We have a short time frame but that's no problem! We start "work" on Monday! Looking forward to seeing you both :)

We also have the pleasure of working with our newest clients Shermeen + Chris! Can't wait to get started on this one! Starting right from the beginning of the process .... love that! So many ideas that I can't wait to share. This one is a little unique.... not going to share JUST yet!

Now to our February goals! January was very tough to be honest... Lots of things going on beyond our control and you know, sometimes that happens and that's okay. Re-focus and re-adjust. We did get started on our "healthy lifestyle" goal... for a bit... then we kinda lost our way! It's so hard when you're the sit-in-front-of-the-fireplace-with-some-comfort-food-and-fuzzy-socks kinda person! Blogging has begun again! So excited to talk about all things wedding with you all. Stay tuned! Finally ... the goal that excites us (along with anything wedding *wink wink*) our vacation saving has begun! We are in desperate need of some downtime with the family and hubby and I are so determined to make it a reality this year.
